In close collaboration with the VBCF Histology Core Facility, we offer complete spatial transcriptomics services to map gene expression directly within its native tissue architecture.
Utilizing the 10x Genomics Visium platform (enabled by CytAssist), we handle the entire workflow - from slide preparation to library generation and sequencing - supporting both:

Probe-Based Assays: Highly sensitive, targeted spatial profiles for human and mouse systems.

Species-Agnostic Workflows: Broad, unbiased whole-transcriptome discovery across diverse model organisms.
